2. Subscriptions

Paid access fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refund requests may be considered in cases of proven technical malfunction that prevents use of the Service.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate account termination.
